Job Summary

Seeking an experienced and creative Growth Marketing Manager to build pipeline and drive loyalty/engagement with existing and new clients. The Growth Marketing Manager will focus on database management, customer lifecycle, segmentation and campaign optimisation within a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Manage day-to-day operations of all marketing automation campaigns, including budgeting, scheduling.
- Analyse performance data and develop strategies to optimize campaigns, improve ROI and inform future activity.
- Monitor industry trends and stay up-to-date on changes and best practices in CRM and marketing automation.
- Set up and execute eDM campaigns and marketing plans that build awareness, generate engagement and drive registrations for events using Hubspot.
- Analyse lead segmentation based on preferences, needs and challenges of each customer
- Develop and execute the strategy for monitoring and improving gaps in data health and Hubspot performance.
